Mission Statement
The Special Funds Conservation Committee was established in 1938 for the purpose of maintaining and defending the Special Disability Fund and the Fund for Reopened Cases under Sections 15.8, 14(6), and 25-a of the Workers' Compensation Law. Our responsibility is to handle all claims in a fair, efficient and expeditious manner.
