Thomas F. Howard
on behalf of the Port Authority of NY & NJ has
been a member of the Special Funds Conservation
Committee's executive committee since 1990, representing
the Self-Insured Employers of New York. Mr. Howard
has been with the Port Authority of NY & NJ
for 22 years and is currently the Workers' Compensation
Liaison. He is a certified benefits specialist,
a member of the Board of Managers of the New York
Self-Insurers Associate and Treasurer of the New
Jersey Self-Insurers Association. Mr. Howard, a
native of New York resides in New Jersey with his
wife Nina. |
